Join Lou and crew in learning how to make our decadent, pillowy sourdough brioche dough - the basis of infinite recipes!
Attendees will leave with a small container of starter, a sense of community, a lifelong relationship with a baker, starter care instructions, a sourdough brioche recipe, and some brioche baked goods.
Sourdough Brioche events are limited to 6 attendees and the cost is on a pay what you can scale of $40 - $65. We encourage you to pay a lower amount if the cost is prohibitive to you, and encourage you to pay a higher amount if you are able to.
