Sourdough Bagel Classes
Join Lou and crew in learning how to make our ever-popular sourdough bagels!
Attendees will leave with a small container of starter, a sense of community, a lifelong relationship with a baker, starter care instructions, a sourdough bagel recipe, and at minimum four bagels.
Sourdough Bagel events are limited to 6 attendees and the cost is on a pay what you can scale of $40 - $65. We encourage you to pay a lower amount if the cost is prohibitive to you, and encourage you to pay a higher amount if you are able to.
No one will be turned away for non-payment, please reach out to us at lous.loafs.or@gmail.com if you are unable to pay even the lowest amount.
Our goal of this series is to connect with our community and teach an invaluable skill. We encourage attendees to share the information learned here, and we encourage you to do so at low or no-cost.
